S.C.S. Matriculation Higher Secondary School, established in 1985–86, has been a beacon of quality education in Chromepet, Chennai. The institution was founded with a noble vision of imparting wholesome education that goes beyond conventional learning. Over the years, the school has grown from a modest beginning on G.S.T. Road to its present campus at Ramachandra Road, Chromepet, in 1987.
