Eligibility

Kindergarten (KG)

Children must meet the prescribed age requirement as per government norms.

Primary & Middle School
(Classes I – VIII)

Admission is based on performance in the entrance assessment, interaction with the student, and availability of seats.

Secondary & Higher Secondary (Classes IX – XII)

Admission is granted based on previous academic records, entrance test results, and interview with the student and parents.

Admission Procedure

  • Application forms can be collected from the school office during working hours.
  • Completed forms must be submitted along with the required documents before the notified deadline.
  • Eligible students will be invited for an entrance test or assessment (as applicable).
  • Shortlisted candidates, along with their parents/guardians, will be called for an interview.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of prescribed fees.
  • The school reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on merit and seat availability.

Documents Required

Parents must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate (original & photocopy)
  • Transfer Certificate (for students seeking admission to higher classes)
  • Previous Academic Records / Progress Reports.
  • Community Certificate (if applicable).
  • Recent Passport-size Photographs of the student.
  • Address & ID Proof of parents/guardians.

Withdrawals

  • A written application from the parent/guardian must be submitted at least one month in advance for withdrawal of a student.
  • The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only after all dues to the school (fees, library books, etc.) are cleared.
  • A prescribed fee for issuing the T.C. must be paid at the school office.
  • No certificates will be issued during vacation unless applied for in advance.
  • The school reserves the right to dismiss a student on grounds of persistent misconduct, poor attendance, non-payment of fees, or violation of school rules.
